Brume means mist. It’s the story of a city at the table. A city built orthographically by the water shores. The neighborhoods seat the guests at their address. Between the streets stand dishes that are not yet known. In these blocks nestle as many cultures, made of routines and rituals.
To fit in, one must create it’s own codes, based on manners, the good ones they would have learned, and those that they construe.
